Custom Label Printing and Sticker Printing in Indianapolis

Your product needs a label. Your event needs stickers. Your brand needs to stand out on the shelf.

We print custom labels and sticker printing solutions that work. From product labels that stay put on bottles and jars to promotional stickers that stick with your customers, Bhar Printing handles it all. We’re a women-owned printing company in Indianapolis making it simple to get the stickers and labels you actually need.

Product Label Printing for Every Industry

Product labels are one of the first things customers touch and see. They need to look good. They need to stick. They need to tell your story.

Whether you’re printing food labels for your jam, craft beer, or hot sauce, cosmetics labels for your skincare line, candle labels for your artisan collection, or retail product labels for your shop, we’ve got the right solution. Many of our clients print product labels as roll labels or cut labels. Both have their place.

Roll labels stay in a continuous roll. Cut labels are individual, ready to peel and stick. Roll labels work great for high-volume production. Cut labels give you flexibility and are easy to apply by hand. We’ll help you figure out which one makes sense for your run.

Custom Stickers That Stick (Literally)

Custom stickers are perfect for building your brand. Stickers are small enough to ship, memorable enough to keep, and visible enough that people actually use them.

We print die cut stickers in any custom shape you can dream up. Square? Round? Your logo shape? Done. We also print kiss cut stickers on sheets, so customers can peel each sticker off one at a time. Promotional stickers for events, product stickers for packaging, sticker sheets as giveaways, we print custom stickers that work for your budget and your timeline.

Die cut is the most popular choice. The machine cuts each sticker to your exact shape, no waste. You get professional stickers that look like they belong on a big brand.

Stickers Paper: Material Choices That Matter

Choosing the right material for your stickers and labels is half the battle.

Paper stickers work for most uses. They’re affordable. They look sharp. They work great for promotional stickers, product labels in dry environments, and any application where moisture isn’t a factor.

Vinyl stickers handle wet, cold, and outdoor conditions. Vinyl is tougher. It sticks to bottles, bumpers, and beer coolers without peeling off. Vinyl stickers work for water bottles, outdoor signage, and any label or sticker that will see moisture or weathering. White vinyl is our most popular choice, but clear vinyl exists if you want transparency.

Finish matters too. Matte finish gives you a clean, subtle look. High gloss coating gives stickers and labels shine and depth. We can also do satin finishes for a middle ground.

For product labels that get wet, vinyl with a strong adhesive is your answer. For bottle labels on beverages, consider vinyl or heavyweight paper with a waterproof coating. For outdoor bumper stickers and window decals, vinyl handles everything weather throws at it.

Shapes, Sizes, and Custom Die Cut

We print stickers in all the standard shapes. Square. Rectangle. Circle. Oval. Triangle.

But here’s what makes custom stickers so fun: we also print any custom shape you want. Your logo. Your mascot. A die cut shaped like your product. Custom shapes cost a little more because of the die, but the result looks professional and memorable. Custom printed stickers in your exact shape tell people you care about the details.

Sizes run from small gift stickers (one inch) to large decals (twelve inches or bigger). We’ll work with you to find the right size for where your stickers will go.

What About Packaging? We Do That Too

Stickers and labels often work hand in hand with packaging. If you’re printing product labels, you might also need matching boxes or mailers. We offer custom packaging solutions that pair perfectly with your sticker and label work. Same brand. Same voice. Cohesive unboxing experience.

Design Help When You Need It

Not sure how to set up your sticker file or label design? We offer graphic design services to help you get it right. We can take your idea and turn it into production-ready files. We can also review your design and give you feedback before printing. Digital proof. Real feedback. No surprises when your stickers arrive.

Who Uses Custom Labels and Stickers

We print labels and stickers for makers and small producers who need professional packaging without the big company overhead. We print for craft breweries and food brands building their shelf presence. We print for retail shops who want branded stickers at checkout. We print for nonprofits running events. We print for event planners who need stickers as swag or signage.

If your business or project needs custom labels or stickers, that’s us.

Getting Your Files Ready

File setup is straightforward. We accept PDF, Adobe Illustrator, and print-ready JPEG formats. We work in CMYK (not RGB) for the most accurate color. High resolution files print best (300 dpi minimum). Leave at least 0.125 inch bleed around all edges so color prints right to the edge with no white showing.

Questions about file setup? Reach out. We review files for free before you commit to printing.

Questions We Hear Often

What is the difference between roll labels and cut labels?

Roll labels stay in a continuous roll and are best for high-volume printing. Cut labels are individual and pre-cut, ready to peel and apply by hand. Cut labels work great if you apply them yourself or want maximum flexibility. Choose roll labels if you have automated label equipment or are printing thousands of units. Choose cut labels for smaller runs and manual application.

What material should I use for product labels that get wet?

Vinyl stickers and labels are waterproof and stand up to moisture, bottles, and outdoor conditions. If you need product labels for beverages, cosmetics, or anything that will be refrigerated or shipped, vinyl or heavyweight paper with waterproof coating are your best options. Vinyl lasts longer in wet environments. Standard paper labels will curl and peel when wet.

What is a die cut sticker?

A die cut sticker is cut to a custom shape using precision cutting equipment. Unlike regular rectangular stickers, die cut stickers follow the outline of your design. You can order die cut stickers shaped like your logo, your mascot, or any shape you want. Die cut stickers look professional and stand out. The setup costs a bit more because of the custom die, but the results are memorable.

What is a kiss cut?

Kiss cut means the machine cuts through the top layer (the sticker) but not through the backing. The sticker peels off easily, but the backing sheet stays intact. Kiss cut is ideal for sticker sheets where customers peel individual stickers one at a time. It’s perfect for promotional stickers, gift packs, and any situation where you want stickers on a sheet.

How should I set up my file for custom stickers or labels?

Send us a high-resolution CMYK file in PDF or Adobe Illustrator format. Aim for 300 dpi or higher. Include 0.125 inch bleed (extra color that extends beyond the final edge). Avoid text and important design elements within 0.25 inch of the edge, as this is the margin we need to work with during cutting. We review all files for free before printing, so send it over and we’ll let you know if anything needs adjusting.
