Raise the Bhar
Privacy Policy
Bhar Printing (“we,” “us,” “our”) respects your privacy. This page explains, in plain language, what information we collect when you visit bharprinting.com or ask us about a print job, why we collect it, and how you can reach us with questions.
Last updated: July 29, 2026.
Information you give us directly
When you submit our quote request form or our contact form, you give us details like your name, email address, phone number, and a description of your print project. We use that information for one purpose: to answer you and quote or produce the job you’re asking about. We do not sell it, rent it, or use it for anything else.
Here’s something worth stating plainly. Our forms run on WPForms, and the free version we use does not store your submission in a database on our website. There is no admin panel where your enquiry sits searchable and exportable. Instead, your submission is sent to us directly as an email the moment you hit submit. That email is the only record of what you sent us. We keep it as long as we need to respond to you and complete your job, then handle it under our normal email housekeeping like any other business correspondence. If you would like us to delete a specific enquiry, call us or use the form and ask, and we will.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, bharprinting.com collects some information automatically:
- Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how people use our site, for example which pages get visited and how people found us. This is aggregate, statistical information. We exclude our own logged in staff and administrators from this data so it reflects real visitors, not us checking our own site.
- Server logs. Our web hosting keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and troubleshooting. This is normal technical housekeeping, not something we review individually.
- Spam and bot protection. Our quote and contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA to tell real visitors apart from automated spam. When you load or submit those two forms, Google receives some technical interaction data (like how you moved through the page) to make that determination. We don’t see or control what Google does with that signal beyond the pass or fail result it gives our form.
Cookies
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. Bhar Printing’s site uses a few kinds:
- Caching cookies. We use a caching plugin (W3 Total Cache) to make pages load faster. These cookies help serve you a cached version of a page correctly. They don’t track you personally.
- Analytics cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies to recognize repeat visits and measure site usage, as described above.
- reCAPTCHA cookies. Google sets its own cookies on the quote and contact pages as part of its spam filtering.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Doing so may make some parts of the site work less smoothly, but the site will still function.
Third parties we work with
We keep this list short and honest, because it’s short and honest in reality:
- Google. Google provides our analytics (Google Analytics 4, set up through the Site Kit plugin) and our spam filtering (reCAPTCHA). Google acts as a processor of the technical data described above and has its own privacy policy governing how it handles that data.
- WPForms. Our forms run on the WPForms plugin, installed on our own website. As explained above, the free version we use does not store or transmit your submission to any third party database. It only sends the notification email described above.
We do not use payment processors, e-commerce platforms, or any system that collects billing or card information, because bharprinting.com is not a store. If that ever changes, we will update this page before it does.
How long we keep information
We keep quote and contact enquiries, as email, for as long as reasonably needed to complete your job and for a normal period afterward in case you follow up. Analytics data is retained under Google Analytics 4’s standard retention settings. Server logs are kept for a limited, standard troubleshooting and security window and then cycled out. We don’t keep a permanent, growing database of visitor information, because our forms don’t build one in the first place.
Your choices
You can decline cookies in your browser at any time. You can ask us what information we have connected to your name (in practice, this will be whatever email or phone number you’ve contacted us with, since we have no customer accounts or stored order history). You can ask us to delete an enquiry. To do any of this, call us at 317.899.1020 or send a message through our quote request form. We don’t publish an email address, so phone or the form are the two ways to reach us, and both work.
Children’s privacy
Bhar Printing is a business to business commercial printing company. Our site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as our tools or practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top of the body copy will always reflect the most recent revision.
Questions about this policy
Call us at 317.899.1020, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm, or reach us through our quote request form. We’re happy to explain any of this in plain terms.
Questions We Hear Often
Do you sell or share my information with anyone?
No. We use your information to respond to your enquiry and complete your print job. The only outside parties who see any of it are Google, in the limited, automatic ways described above (analytics and spam filtering), and that’s it.
Do you store my quote request in a database I should worry about being hacked?
No, and this is genuinely unusual for a website. Our forms run on WPForms Lite, which does not save submissions to a database at all. Your message exists only as an email sent to us the moment you submit it.
How do I ask you to delete information about me?
Call 317.899.1020 or send a note through our quote request form and ask. Since we don’t keep a searchable database of past enquiries, this is usually as simple as us deleting the relevant email.
Do you use cookies to track me across other websites?
No. The cookies on our site are for making pages load faster, for basic analytics about how our own site is used, and for Google’s spam filtering on our forms. We don’t run advertising trackers or share cookie data for cross site marketing.
