Ordering and Quotes
How do I get a quote for printing?
Getting a quote is easy. Call us at 317.899.1020 or submit a request on our website. Just tell us what you need to print, share your file if you have one, and let us know about your timeline. We’ll review your project and get back to you fast with pricing and next steps.
What information do you need to provide an accurate quote?
The more information you give us, the faster and more accurate we can quote. We need to know the specific product you want printed (business cards, flyers, banners, brochures, whatever it is), the quantity you need, the final size of the piece, and whether you want full color or black and white. It also helps to know if you have a design file ready or if you need design help from our team.
Do you have order minimums?
We work with businesses of all sizes, from small nonprofits to large corporate clients. We understand that every business has different needs and budgets. If you have questions about whether your order size works for us, just give us a call. We’re flexible, and we’ll be honest about what we can do for you.
Files and Design
What file formats do you accept for printing?
We accept a range of file formats including PDF, JPEG, PNG, and TIFF files, among others. PDF is our preferred format because it’s reliable and holds your colors and fonts exactly as you want them to appear in print. If you’re not sure what format your file is in or which format you should use, we can help you figure that out. Send us your file early in the process, and we’ll review it to make sure it’s ready to print.
What is bleed and why does it matter?
Bleed is a printing term that means the image or color extends all the way to the edge of the paper. When we print a design with bleed, we print a little bigger than the final size, then trim the extra away. This makes sure there’s no white edge showing around your printed piece when you’re done. Not every design needs bleed, but we’ll let you know if yours does and explain how it affects your file.
What’s the difference between CMYK and RGB for printing?
CMYK is the color model we use for printing. RGB is the color model for screens like computers and phones. If you’re printing something, we need a CMYK file to get the colors right on paper. If you only have an RGB file, we can convert it for you, but CMYK is best from the start. We’ll guide you through this and make sure your colors print the way you want them to.
Can you fix my file if there are problems?
We can often fix small issues like low resolution or missing fonts, but we can’t perform miracles on a damaged file. If your file is missing key elements or has serious problems, we’ll let you know exactly what we can and can’t do. The best approach is to send us your file early so we can review it and flag any issues before production starts. This gives you time to fix problems or work with us on solutions.
Do you offer graphic design services?

Production and Pickup
How long does printing take?
Turnaround time depends on several factors: what you’re printing, how many colors are involved, and how busy our schedule is. We’ll let you know exactly how many business days you need to allow when we confirm your quote. Rush jobs are often possible, so if you’re in a time crunch, just ask. We’ll do our best to accommodate your deadline.
Do you offer local pickup at your location?
We do. If you’re in the Indianapolis area, you can pick up your order at our location: 1527 Milburn Street, Indianapolis, IN 46202. We’re open Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm. Local pickup is a great way to get your order quickly and avoid shipping costs.
Can you ship my order?
We can discuss shipping options for your job. When you request a quote, let us know if you need your order shipped, and we’ll work with you on logistics and costs. We’re happy to get your order to you wherever you need it.
Can I see a proof before you print my order?
Yes. We’ll show you a proof to make sure everything looks right before we start printing. This is your chance to catch any typos, color issues, layout problems, or anything else that doesn’t look right. We want you happy with the final product, so we take proofs seriously.
